Sixth Glass

Today's beer that we are trying is the Sixth Glass Quadrupel Ale. This beer is brewed in Kansas City, Missouri, other facts include having a 10.5% alcohol by volume. With this percentage it makes this beer a lot stronger than your average brew. The taste for this beer is very good it is not hoppy by any means, coming in at a 22 IBU which makes this a very good tasting beer. The flavor that comes with this beer is that of almost pineapple as opposed to beer. Most of the time when beers have a high alcohol content they taste very bitter and have a strong after taste, The taste that comes with this beer is good and will be bough in the future. With that begin said I will give this beer 4/5. The only reason that Sixth Glass gets the four instead of a five because of how foamy the beer was at first, the beer wanted to foam up towards the top until half the beer was gone.
