With this blog I am looking to inform people about the different beers that are offered in the Cedar City liquor store. I hope to give people more options when going and buying beer.A couple of things to go over with beer is to look at the alcohol content of the beer this is the percentage that the beer is. The next thing to look is the ibus, the ibus are just the measurements of how bitter the beer is. Many beers do not have this listed on their bottles but many of the nicer beers do have this information. Lastly with this blog I will be giving it a ranking out of five of how good the beer was and if it is worth drinking again.
The first beer that is tried is the Macpelicans ale. this beer is a 5% alcohol content so that means that this beer shouldn't be very strong. The bottle is a one pint bottle which is pretty big for a beer bottle. This beer is one of the few beers that has the ibus on the bottle, the ibus were at a 16 which means this beer is not very bitter.
While drinking this beer it did not have much flavor it was very bland and did not satisfy the taste I was looking for while drinking a beer. While big in size which is very much so appreciated it didn't have many good flavors which makes it harder to enjoy this beer. The blandness of this beer will not give it a very good marks. For this beer I will go ahead and give it a 1/5, if I had the chance to get Macpelicans again i would probably try another beer that I have never heard of.
